Tip: if you don't have a measuring tape, you can always use a ribbon instead, which then you can measure flat against a ruler.
How to measure:
1. Bust - measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest
2. Waist - Measure around your natural waistline. A good way to do this would be to tie a cord or ribbon around your waist, do a little wiggle and the ribbon will settle in your natural waist line. Measure there.
3. Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your hips which will include the fullest part of your bottom.
4. Skirt length - (You will need help with this) Standing straight, preferably in your chosen pair of shoes, your helper will measure you from the side of your natural waist and follow your hip curvature to the most outer part, then straight down from there. Take it all the way to the floor for full length or measure to the desired length (mini/ knee or tea length etc.)
5. Top arm/ Bicep - Measure around the fullest part of your top arm. Ensure that you 'curl your bicep' (bend your arm fully as that enlarges the bicep area) before you measure to allow for movement room/ ease.
6. Hand Palm (for gloves) - measure around your palm and back of hand at its widest part (above the thumb). ensure that you make a fist first to allow for movement room/ ease.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on unwanted items. Due to this, we highly encourage you to arrange a virtual consultation or a visit to the studio, where possible, to view and discuss the pieces you are interested in. However, we may be able to exchange it for another of the same value (or higher value where the difference can be paid). Please get in touch to discuss if that may be the case. P&P fees may apply.
We always hope that you are completely satisfied with the quality of your Rasha Kashou purchase, however, if after our thorough quality checks you receive the product faulty we will then issue you a full refund after it is inspected.
In such rare situations, we would request that you contact us at first instance to advice us of the situation, and we will send you a return note to post back the item. This must be in it's original condition (it must not have any signs of wear & tear) and returned with all its packaging and documentations in their original condition. Postage and packaging fees will not be refunded. Upon receipt, we will assess the fault and determine whether it was a manufacturing fault. If so, we will refund you within 10 working days.

Postage and Packaging
Please contact us if you require a rush order, otherwise the following productions and delivery times apply;
Production - It will take 4-6 weeks for each piece to be made. This is because every piece is made bespoke to order. Rush orders may be possible depending on the pieces required, please ensure you speak to us prior to placing your order to establish whether it is possible. The postage time is separate from the production times.
Postage & Packaging - We like to offer luxury style packaging with our lux pieces. Currently, we only ship within the UK. The standard fee is £9.50 via courier. If you require urgent/ next day delivery to be arranged after your pieces have been made, please let us know as soon as possible.
